This project was developed for the Rwanda Chapel architecture competition, which aims at donating a Church to believers in the village of Rukomo. The proposal used Rwanda's
vernacular architecture as a reference for the materiality and interior design, combined with the program required by the Catholic rite. Using elements as Thatched roof and loam walls, integrated with the use of light, orientation, and stages traditionally used in churches. The chapel is a commonplace for the local population and the assembly.
